Typical applications

For compact, battery-powered remote-control terminals.

Ling-T1mini combines a 433.92 MHz ASK transmitter and FB1527 encoder in a miniature module.

Wireless remotes

Handheld keys and compact control transmitters.

Doorbells & switches

Low-rate trigger transmission for home devices.

!

Alarm triggers

Battery-powered security and call-button terminals.

Small appliances

Lights, fans and simple wireless control products.

How it works

Button input to encoded one-way RF transmission.

K0 and K2 trigger individual key values; K1 combines with either input to form two additional key values.

Application boundary: Ling-T1mini is a one-way ASK remote-control transmitter, not a UART module or bidirectional data link. The approximately 80 m reference range is for open-field line-of-sight conditions; validate the final receiver, antenna, power supply and enclosure. Use Ling-R1mini for two-channel switching or serial key output; use Ling-R1 or Ling-R1pro when four independent switch outputs are required. Other receivers must be checked for frequency, pulse width, bit order, repeat frames and key-value mapping.

Application boundaries

Match the antenna and power path to the final product.

Actual transmission performance depends on receiver sensitivity, antenna, battery internal resistance, enclosure, orientation and interference.

Good starting fit

✓ Four defined key values via K0, K2 and combinations with K1.

✓ FB1527-compatible remote-control receivers.

✓ Matched 433.92 MHz antenna on the 50 Ω A pin.

✓ Low-power battery-operated trigger products.

Check carefully

! Do not exceed the 2.2–3.6 V operating range.

! Keep antenna clearance from batteries, metal and noise sources.

! Validate button timing for combination-key recognition.

! Verify range and reliability in the final enclosure.

Evaluation

Validate the remote-control transmitter

  1. 1 · SupplyConnect a 3.0 V supply and local 0.1 µF decoupling.
  2. 2 · Key inputsTrigger K0, K2 and the defined combinations to ground.
  3. 3 · RF pathConnect a matched 433.92 MHz antenna to A.
  4. 4 · Final productTest battery voltage, enclosure, orientation and range.

Is Ling-T1mini a UART transmitter?

No. It is a one-way ASK remote-control transmitter with FB1527 encoding.

How are button inputs triggered?

K0 and K2 are low-level, ground-triggered inputs. K1 is used together with K0 or K2 for the two combination key values.

Can I connect the antenna directly to pin A?

Use a matched 433.92 MHz antenna and keep the RF connection short. Verify performance in the final product.

Which receivers are compatible?

Use Ling-R1mini, Ling-R1, Ling-R1pro, or another receiver compatible with 1527-type encoding.
