Refund and Return Policy

FNRF Wireless supplies technical electronic products for engineering evaluation and integration. Please confirm the product specification, electrical interface and application fit before ordering.

Return authorization

Returns require prior written authorization from FNRF. Contact fnrfjeck@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number, product model, quantity, reason for return and supporting photos where relevant. Do not send goods back before receiving return instructions.

Eligibility

Eligible items must be unused, uninstalled, unsoldered, undamaged and returned with original packaging and all supplied accessories. Custom, configured, modified, clearance or special-order items are not returnable except where defective or required by applicable law.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Report transit damage, missing goods or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery. We may request photos, packaging evidence and shipment details before arranging a replacement, credit or refund.

Refund timing and costs

Approved refunds are processed after returned goods are received and inspected. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a confirmed defect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Non-waivable rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
